Supple Strength

A perfect supplement to your cardio and weight training, Supple Strength blends elements of yoga, Pilates and stretching while incorporating techniques that stretch and strengthen muscles for a strong and controlled routine. Supple Strength sessions will improve your posture, balance and core stability.

 

Targeting improvements in flexibility and posture, the variations offered throughout ensure that this class is suitable for all levels, ages and abilities.

 

Before booking your first session, you will need to complete a short health questionnaire. If you have any concerns or medical conditions please consult with your doctor before joining. 

 

Please contact us to book. We offer Supple Strength as a private 1-2-1 class, or you may book a group session for up to 5 people. Classes are run in the comfort of your own home, so please ensure there is adequate space for yourself, Nathaniel and some yoga mats!
