Supple Strength


A perfect supplement to your cardio and weight training, Supple Strength blends elements of yoga, Pilates and stretching to create a challenging workout. Targeting improvements in flexibility and posture, the variations offered throughout ensure that this class is suitable for all levels.


Before booking this session, you will need to complete a short health questionnaire. This is one off, and is held confidentially. If you have any concerns or medical conditions please consult with your doctor before joining. 


Please contact us to book. We offer Supple Strength as a private 1-2-1 class, or you may book a group session for up to 5 people. Classes are run in the comfort of your own home, please ensure there is adequate space for yourself, Nathaniel and some yoga mats!
