Personal Training Consultation

A free consultation to meet me and to discuss what you would like to gain from personal training with me.

Personal Training Induction

1 hour FREE

Includes a full introduction and full health screening and fitness test. It will cover setting realistic and achievable goals, in a measurable time frame and nutritional advise.

Standard Personal Training

1 hour-£55

A full personal 1-2-1 training session following the personal training induction. This is payable at the end of each session, so ideal for people with busy schedules or who unable to book regularly. 

1-2-1 CV and Resistance Circuits

1 hour-£30

A 1-2-1 CV and resistance session-perfect for those clients building confidence before joining the main circuit classes, or for those who just want that personal and exclusive experience.  

Supple Strength

£30 1 Hour

A perfect supplement to your cardio and weight training, Supple Strength blends elements of yoga, Pilates and stretching to create a challenging workout. Targeting improvements in flexibility and posture, the variations offered throughout ensure that this class is suitable for all levels.


Private bookings only, max of 5 participants.


Boxercise 

 Kids, teens, and  adults PAYG

As a fully qualified Boxercise instructor, I offer a variety of classes for KIDS, ADULTS and TEENS. Please look out for future classes here.
