
Official Boxercise Training
Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads, shadow boxing, general fitness and other methods that suit each client, however no session involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
The benefits of Boxercise are many, and are not just for physical fitness. Sessions are are a great way to release tension and stress, increase your discipline, focus and concentration while helping you to be the best you can be.

Boxercise can be a stand alone dedicated session, or we can incorporate elements of Boxercise in your Personal Training programmes.
